Horizontal Laying System (HLS) and Carousels – Shah Deniz 2

For this project we designed, fabricated and tested:
– No.1 off 1.200mT Capacity Lay Carousel for Umbilicals to be installed on SCV associated with No.1 HLS with No.1 50mT capacity Tensioner and No.1 Spooling Tower with No.1 5mT capacity Tensioner

– No.2 off 1.100mT Capacity Transportation Carousels complete with No.2 Spooling Towers and No.2 5mT capacity Tensioners

– No.1 off 3.500mT Capacity Onshore Carousel (Basket Type) complete with No.1 Loading Arm and Tower and No.1 5mT Capacity Tensioner plus No.1 off 7mT Capacity Tensioner
